Man Who Reached For Ariana Grande on the occasion of Premiere Banned from Singapore
An Australian man who jumped across a fence and grabbed Hollywood star Ariana Grande has been expelled and prohibited from Singapore.
The man, aged 26, was sentenced to over a week in prison for causing a public disturbance and has now been "barred from re-entering Singapore," the country's border control stated to Singaporean press.

Throughout the court proceedings, the court heard he had attempted to intrude on the movie's debut multiple times, according to regional reports.

Law enforcement took him into custody the subsequent day and charged him with public nuisance, to which Wen pleaded guilty.
The Presiding Judge the judicial official was cited by media reports as stating that he was looking for publicity, noting that he was mistaken to assume he would not experience repercussions.
The singer has not spoken about the situation.
Erivo spoke about the incident to the press, remarking that she "only aimed to verify my friend was secure."
"I believe he didn't intend us harm, but you never know with such situations, and I wanted to ensure that she was alright. That was my immediate response," she said.
